Was just wondering whether anyone had a list of the fruits and vegetables that are safe to feed beardies.
A lot of the things I am reading tell me that a lot of the fruits and vegetables have chemicals in them that bind with calcium, so are not beneficial.
Was just after a big list of stuff so that I could work out what is easiest to get, 1, so my beardie is getting food that is safe, and 2, so that it is getting variety.
Was also after thoughts on beardie pellets and if there is advantages to them. Whether people think they are a good idea, how often they can be fed and how long they can be left in the enclosure before changing.
Last thing, any thoughts on insects caught out of the backyard and fed to beardies? Have heard that this is a bad idea, but thought I would pose the question anyway. Afterall, beardies do come from the wild anyway? Is keeping the food they eat free of the wild a bad thing as well as a good thing.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
